Techniques séparatives

À la pointe des sciences de la séparation miniaturisées depuis vingt ans, l’équipe Techsep innove quotidiennement pour apporter des solutions originales à des problèmes analytiques de plus en plus complexes. L’expertise unique de l’équipe en France dans la synthèse de phases stationnaires monolithiques en format miniaturisé lui permet d’explorer de nouvelles pistes analytiques à la fois en liquide (Nano LC, techniques électrocinétiques) et en chromatographie gazeuse. En plus de son expertise dans les méthodes de séparation miniaturisées et leur couplage à différents modes de détection, cette compétence unique dans la conception de matériaux dédiés donne à l’équipe une approche analytique globale concernant les outils miniaturisés intégrés et même automatisés.

Axes de recherche

Chromatographie en phase gazeuse à haute performance (HPGC) basée sur l’utilisation de petites colonnes capillaires remplies adaptées aux applications industrielles à fort potentiel. L’utilisation d’une colonne remplie dans un système de chromatographie en phase gazeuse modifié permet d’appliquer une pression de gaz porteur pouvant atteindre 60 bars. Ces systèmes évitent les problèmes de décompression lors de l’injection et limitent ainsi tout changement dans la composition relative de l’échantillon.
Caractérisation des interactions protéine/métal. Application à la vectorisation et à la surveillance des médicaments (composés métalliques à des fins thérapeutiques et/ou diagnostiques) et au diagnostic de la toxicité des métaux endogènes (maladies neurodégénératives).
