Fête de la Science 2026
« The incredible flavours of analysis: What lies behind these flavours? Let’s analyse them ! »
On 09 et 10 October, ISA engineers, researchers and students will be offering workshops for schoolchildren on Friday 09 and for the general public on Saturday 10, covering topics such as colour separation, chromatography, pH, NMR, composition of sweetened drinks as well as the creation of bubbles of different flavours.
Through a scientific journey composed of 4 successive participatory workshops, come and observe, manipulate and understand what lies behind everyday foods and drinks, thanks to analytical sciences.
Participants will be immersed in the fascinating world of analytical sciences and learned flavours !
Feel free to register with your family/friends to take part in the workshops for the general public on Saturday 10 October and spread the word!
